Submarine Museum
The submarine at this museum is FS Ouessant Agosta 70. It is used for training purposes by the RMN Prime Minister's Class crew. Previously, this submarine belonged to the French Navy and was purchased by the Malaysian government. It was formally handed over to the Malacca state government on March 4, 2012, and later became a museum. After you purchasing the ticket, you will be given access to explore the submarine. As is often shown in movies, the submarine's interior is rather narrow. You can visit the website of the Museum of Malacca Museum (PERZIM) for more information.

The Shore Sky Tower
The Shore Sky Tower is the tallest building in Malacca with a height of 42 floors of 153m! There is also a cafe called The Sky Deli Restaurant to dine (the best place, the price is also "best") and enjoy the stunning scenery.

In addition, there is an aquarium full of koi fish and most interestingly, a transparent glass platform has been built to allow visitors to test their courage. I admit to being a little lazy when standing there. You are free to take a selfie, wefie, theyfie and anything similar to it while you are here. However, you are not allowed to take pictures with your own camera while on the glass platform, as there is already a camera available. It's free, only when you need to pay for it. After all, it is one of the most interesting places in Malacca to visit at night.

The A Famosa was a Portuguese fort built in 1511 when Afonso de Albuquerque arrived in the state of Malacca with its forces. The City of Famosa is the oldest European architect still in Southeast Asia. Actually, this fort is bigger. However, other parts were demolished in 1807 and only Porta de Santiago, a small gate house still standing.
The Stadthuys was once a town hall during the Dutch government in Malacca. It is also one of the symbolic monuments of the state of Malacca - many know it as the "red building in Malacca". This is one of those places that never misses the presence of tourists who want to take pictures as a memory .
Masjid Kampung Hulu

Kampung Hulu Mosque is one of the most interesting places in Malacca as it is the oldest mosque in Malaysia. The mosque, built around 1720 and 1728, was restored to preserve its original architecture. For those who are familiar with architecture, you can see the architecture of this unique mosque, as urban brokers say, there is a "mash-up" between elements of Sumatra, Chinese, Hindu & Malacca Malay.

Melaka River Cruise
The flowing river across the city of Malacca allows you to enjoy views of heritage buildings, old warehouses, churches & even the village area.
You can take this River Cruise to the estuary jetty. From the estuary jetty you will be taken up to the spice park and you will return to the estuary jetty. By the way, this River Cruise also operates at night. I've tried day and night to see which one is the best, and obviously because of the hot weather during the day and when there are nighttime lip-lit lights, River Cruise is one of the most interesting places in Malacca to visit at night.

Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum

Get a closer look at the legacy of Baba & Nyonya from the late 19th to early 20th centuries in this museum. It was a joint building of the 3 lot terrace owned by the Chan family in 1861. The house has been occupied for four generations before being converted into a museum in 1985. Inside this house, you will find a variety of home goods and designs that reflect the culture of Baba Nyonya at Melaka.

Masjid Selat

Strait Mosque is one of the must-haves on your travel checklist. The mosque, built on Malay & Middle East elements, will look as if it will float on the water, especially during high tide. Take a moment here and wait for the sunset and the Maghrib prayers are best too.
Due to its unique uniqueness, the mosque is open to tourists regardless of religion. For non-Muslim travelers who do not cover the aurat, this mosque provides cloth & veil for them to wear while around the mosque. So if in your group you have non-Muslim female members, no matter what!
According to my personal experience, this mosque is one of the best mosques when we want to pray, because you will be accompanied by the sea breeze.
Menara Taming Sari
Taming sari is an 80m tall Tower that offers beautiful views of Malacca city. From the top, you can see up to the view of Malacca city state and the Straits of Malacca.
